API Updates
The following changes were made to the APIs.

-
Along with the pagination change, the limit parameter for those endpoints has a minimum value of 1. Previously, a limit of 0 designated all entities.
Fixed Issues
- A warning message occurred when running the CASP

- Offline bots were not checking that they were activated when starting.
- User names could not have backslashes ("\") in them.
Known Issues
- Using a built-in Bitcoin wallet (BTCTEST or BTC), which is configured with minConfirmations greater than 0, if a second transaction is created before the first one gets the minimum number of confirmations, the second transaction may fail. Inspecting the wallets log will show a txn-mempool-conflict error indicating double spending.
- In the web UI, the search functionality in the Users and Participants screens can only be searched by the Name field.
-
Users for all accounts are shown on the Users screen, but on the Participants screen they are only shown per account. When revoking, suspending, or replacing a phone from users the message does not indicate which account the participant
A member of any of the quorum groups. belongs to.
- In the Web UI, after selecting replace phone for a participant
A member of any of the quorum groups., if the participant
A member of any of the quorum groups. is critical to the approval group, a warning is shown. If the participant

- When starting a data collector on a device running Java 11, there are several warning displayed. They can be safely ignored.
- In the web UI, searching by partial names does not work.
